Holy headache

GAH!!! I hate that! I've never been a migraine sufferer, but perhaps some here can chime in and give you some advice. In the meantime, I'll pray for you to feel better (and I won't make smart-arse comments about guillotine-ery). :hugs:

well I had that dreaded headache last week for a solid week. It was my sinuses. They were inflamed and horrible! The only relief I got was putting a wet hand towel on my head that was warmed by the microwave. I would put it in the microwave for about45 seconds getting it as hot as I could stand it and then put it on my eyes and forehead. I would get so much relief from that for about 25/30 minutes or so.

I know your headache may not be sinus related but it's worth a shot.

It's probably allergy related causing sinus pressure. If you can take it some over the counter decongestant might help. I'm sorry, I feel your pain!!
