Since that is just for the sour cream you could make it will any nuts if you wanted. I would sub in almonds if I were to make it, but I would most likely eat it without.
 
I love tabouli salad in the summer mostly ... often as a cold stuffing for tomatoes. Just nice to see a quinoa version and I have everything I need already here so looks like a good lunch plan for tomorrow. :))
 
I think UM needs to make up some samples and deliver them... :whistle
