Handel wins 6th district

Nuff said. Would love to see the faces of DNC this morning as they suffer yet another loss. What a bunch of delusional ass hats.

Actually they suffered 4 losses, Georgia, South Carolina, Wyoming and Kansas,,, they hung onto California. What they gained was a lot of DATA,,, like massive money made no difference and that there is not nearly as much hatred of Trump as they have portrayed in the media, therefore they will no doubt go back to their tried and true method,,, "digging dirt"! 2018 is shaping up to be the ugliest campaign cycle ever... "Put on your helmet, Mother,,, we're going to Condition Orange!!!"

On the plus side,,, we have just had close to $40 million pumped into Georgia's economy,,, Thank You DNC!!!!!

No doubt she won but it was closer then expected. The pubs ought not get too comfortable while they sit around doing nothing.

I was watching one of the local channels at 11:00 news. They had some "expert" on whose legs were all a-tingle over PajamaBoy's "presence", and how he is likely to be the next Governor of GA. That little twerp has accomplished what, exactly?

I knew Handel won when I turned on the news at 5 am and it was 20 minutes before anyone mentioned the election. If junior had won that is all they would have talked about. The media is totally biased and out of control. They make me sick.

I'm glad she won, but a 4% margin and 52% of the vote isn't a mandate, particularly in a district where Price won 80% in 2002, was unopposed in 2004 and 2010, never got less than 64% of the vote, and Romney got 61% of the vote in 2012. It's not rapidly changing demographics in four years, it's a fed up electorate.

I respectfully disagree. Ossoff's support came from the "resistance", newly registered snowflakes funded by much out-of state money. I didn't check, but I'd strongly suspect that Karen Handel's vote total in a "off season" runoff wasn't all that much less than Tom Price garnered last fall in his re-election. I've yet to meet a Trump supporter who regrets casting a vote for him.

Handel: 134,595
Ossoff: 124,893

Price: 201,088
Stooksbury: 124,917

Ossoff got almost exactly what the dem got against Price. Handel got about 65K fewer votes.

I know a couple
