Desktop Support/Helpdesk Position

I work for a non-profit and I'm looking to hire someone to fill a Technology Services Coordinator position. It's basically a helpdesk/desktop support position. The local environment is small (25 people) but there would also be support of external users/members. It's a pretty low stress environment.

This is a full time permanent position on the east side of Atlanta (area code 30306).

This may shock you but I was actually the Operations Sergeant at my last unit which meant I got the 2 a.m. calls when the system went down. Those were the days. I made many a trips in to work my "magic" to get it up and running again. This was a huge raised floor room with cold a/c flowing underneath to cool the room full of tape drives and other peripheral devices. Funny thing is my iPhone has much more memory and storage capacity as that entire building combined.
