Cain is out for Fed job

There were a lot of folks against him getting the job, even within the GOP.
 
OK I like Herman Cain as a person as far as I can tell. There are many areas of life and business where he is admirable. He has had a very successful life and I respect him. However after listening to him many times on WSB I am not impressed with his general knowledge of anything. Just being honest he did not come across as intelligent as advertised. I wish him nothing but the best but I am just giving my honest impression of him as a well rounded scholar.
 
Herman Cain has, IMO, a better understanding of running a business than most of us do...
He has run national restaurant chains.

IMO what we NEED in govt... is folks with business sense and experience...
SUCCESSFUL experience.

I would have supported Herman Cain for Fed board...
Simply because he is a Fiscal Conservative... which is something I think we need in this country...
Some conservative business leadership!
 
I would guess his family talked him out of it since they would be dragged through the mud again.

Quite frankly, the fact they the head of the NY Fed believes that MMT could work scares the bejesus out of me. They call Cain a radical.
