Pursuit Driver
The Fallen Officer 5K (www.fallenofficer5k.com) is still accepting business sponsors for this year's race. Sponsorship levels start as low as $50. This is an annual event that helps families, departments, and the Cobb County Honor Guard get to Washington D.C. for National Police Week. Georgia lost 9 sworn officers in the line of duty last year and we really need to be sure these folks can all get to DC for those officers' being added to the wall. (www.nleomf.org)
Also still accepting online registration for runners. This year, like last, is for 5k run only but starting in 2012 there will be a 1 mile fun run/walk added to make it possible for more people to participate.
As always, donations are always welcome and are tax deductible.
