Recipe please. :)

I'm sorry newsjunky I saw this tonite when I was looking at this thread again. Below is a youtube link. I basically follow her guide tho I cut my brownies into 1" squares and I use chocolate melting wafers b/c I feel like they coat better.

 You know what? I had a bunch of boxes of brownie mix around Christmas, and Micheals had those wafer things on sale half off and some little Christmas themed cookie cutters on sale for $1 a box. So, I made two batches, cut out the brownies into stockings and trees, etc., and dipped them in the melted wafers, coating them completely. The brownies were too moist to stay on sticks, so I used toothpicks to coat them.

I took them to Caroline Elizabeth's Christmas party and thought I was hot stuff for making something like that up. :))

I completely missed this first time around. What was the admin deleting???

He was deleting pictures I had posted of the brownie pops I had made. He is probably trying to conserve bandwidth by removing older pictures. I will post them again. :D

Oh I wish you would have posted pics of them! That's a cute idea. You're right the brownies are very moist, that's why I went with the 1" square and kind of squished it around the stick. Anything any larger was difficult to keep on the stick and coat. I got lots of great compliments on them too and they are really so easy to make.

Next time I will do what you did - it took forever cutting all those brownies out, LOL. And I didn't think about squishing them a bit to get them to stay. So I just coated them well and let them harden on wax paper. THey were little bite size ones. I wish I had taken pictures of them before I took them over, but it never occured to me to do so until the next day.
