Black home ownership drops to an all time low.

My house is almost paid off... I'm not about to start over with a 30 year mortgage.

We'll stay here until they cart us out feet first.
 
I've lived here for nearly 30 years and I just feel like it's time to get out of dodge. I've reported the panhandlers to the local police, (they'll run them off for a while, but before long, they're back). I've reported the drug activity near me to the local police, again, unless they see something, they can't do anything. I've reported the riff raff near me to the marshal's office, yet again, go to the web, download a form and blah blah blah... So Paulding taxes go up up up each year, yet I see my side of town (Merchant's Drive) start to look like Hollowell Pkwy. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH...

I may take GlassDogs suggestion and sell my house to a hood rat ghetto mama...her money's just as green as Jimmy Carter's.
 
Well, we built this play handicap accessible so we could grow old here, but a lot depends on how much it costs me to keep it up. Wife won't move until we have to, I've done a lot to make it what she wanted.

We've got 7 years left to pay it off.
