Those chanting "send her back" are already going to vote for him. He needs to win over those who are looking for a viable alternative. He won't do that by continuing to tweet vile remarks regardless of the target.

The Democrats, that is the old guard, are not stupid. They will do everything in their power to not elect a McGovern. At this point Joe could be caught with a little boy and still will be on the final debate podium. Trump's only hope is that Bernie or one of the openly DSA crowd get the nomination. There are a handful of Democrats that can beat him if they tone it down a little. Three or four of them are beginning to realize that. Harris, Buttigieg, and Warren in particular are shooting further right with the knowledge that the nomination and the general must both be won.

Funny how Democrats are not expected to condemn terrorist attacks on ICE facilities inspired by their rhetoric... heck the media entirely ignored the story and pretended it did not happen.

The Independents better wake up and realize they face a stark binary choice about the future of this country. The Democrats are openly advocating for open borders and free healthcare.

I think that remains to be seen. The children are acting out right now, and they remain useful idiots in the Trump battle. However, Pelosi still controls assignments. The DNC also built a back door into their "no super delegate" clause. I think the old guard has just decided that as long as they are useful, give them some leash. They are stiring up the base and adding young voters to the rolls, but they are not in power.

The only problem with that is those young voters will not turn out for a moderate in the general.

Jesse Jackson gave Trump an award some years ago for his contributions to the black community.

He only became a racist when the Democrats woke up and realized he was a serious threat to them keeping the White House.

This is certainly true, but Trump's own words are their ammunition. Most more stable personalities would realize that and sthu. I really don't think Trump has that ability.

I agree he should shut up, but I've never heard him say anything I consider to be racist.

Of course, the Democrats think any statement that is negative to illegals or criminals is racist.
 
The thing is these four morons are only four votes in the HOR. The media acts like the entire party agrees with them and that they run the house. I think speaker Pelosi has way more stroke than these four combined and their few radical cronies. This is a case of media hype played up for ratings in the entertainment business that used to be called news. I agree they probably have influence with the social media brain dead leftists and idealist. This helps them stay in office but does not give them any more power in the HOR. To any American with an ounce of common sense they come across as radical crybabies who get butt hurt anytime they don't get their way. They are their own worst enemies and maybe the Dems worst enemies too.
 
Well, this is normal for today's media, but it's usually the GOP that they're railing on. I admit that their coverage of the four is not quite fair, but it is somewhat refreshing to see them eating the Dempcrats for a change.
