Stupid should hurt!
.....the US is taking so long to get its citizens out of Libya, compared to everyone else. I also notice that the Obama Administration hasn't been catching any flack for it, either.
 
Catching flack? Heck, he'll be prased for it when they get around to spinning it his way. ::) You can't give flack to an african american president unless you want to be called a racist.
 
I was under the impression that American citizens were not suppposed to be in Libya in the first place - kinda like Cuba? I could easily be wrong, but i thought that's what I heard.

:CLAP Exactly !!! Didn't take Obama long to jump on the union bandwagon though, took days to comment on Libya.

The travel ban to Libya was lifted in 2004. When the crap hit the fan there, there were tousands of U.S. citizens in Libya, including Embassy employees & their families, & business associates and their families that lived there.

But of course! He'll be praised for all of the "adversity" he overcome in getting the citizens out. They'll probably be comparing him to Moses bringing the Israelites out of Egypt (unless using a Biblical reference will be looked at as too offensive to some)!


It's just sad that Britain and other countries were using every resource possible to get their people out (Britain sent a warship to help), and our people had to take a ferry days after.
