Intelligence is mankind's ability to reason. It is decided at birth. Ignorance is the default condition of mankind. It can be cured by education. Stupidity on the other hand, is the chronic exercise of poor judgement and left unabated will lead to death, which is the only way to end it.

Lena Dunham expressed some trepidation about performing at a benefit for Hillary Clinton that was organized by Harvey Weinstein.
“I’m sorry I shook the hand of someone I knew was not a friend to women in my industry,” she wrote. “I wanted so desperately to support my candidate that I made a calculation.”
Harvey Weinstein contributed to and is a friend of Hillary.
There is now some pressure on Hillary to denounce Weinstein. The cup of irony runneth over. Hillary is married to a rapist and a serial abuser of women. Bill probably considers Weinstein’s transgressions to be the work of an amateur, because he got away with far worse. He even took advantage of a young intern in the Oval Office itself, but his leftist supporters still supported him. Hillary was instrumental in covering up her husband’s sexual misconduct and she even harassed many of Bill’s victims, yet Dunham enthusiastically supported her for president. That reeks with hypocrisy.
Hollywood has long been filled with powerful men who don’t hesitate to take advantage of young, beautiful women. Woody Allen is an old pervert who surrounds himself with very young women in his movies. Roman Polanski can’t return to the U.S. due to rape charges. Bill Cosby drugged young starlets. The casting couch has been in use for a long time.
Weinstein’s career of sexual harassment is reprehensible, but many liberals in Hollywood went along to get along in order to gain employment and connections. It’s now too late for them to go into full virtue signaling mode.

According to a recently uncovered 1998 story in the Washington Post, Weinstein, who now faces dozens of sexual harassment allegations from numerous women, donated the maximum of $10,000 to Clinton’s legal defense fund.
The former president used the money to fight off sexual harassment allegations from Paula Jones in the midst of the Monica Lewinsky scandal.

Sad to think of the depravity that allowed this to continue.
Ironically, I have thought since I was in college, and they made us go through all these seminars about rape on campus, how no means no, men are bad, and how all women were victims or potential victims... that it was a bunch of BULL SHI#.
I say this because I never knew anyone who was raped in the 5 1/2 years I was in college...(don't laugh,
I worked to pay my own living and college expenses - no loans) I was in a sorority and involved in activities on a campus of a University with 32,000 students, NOT ONE PERSON I knew of, or friend of a friend was rapped. I never remember the news reporting a rape on campus while I was there. A few years out of college, there was a serial rapist on the news. Warnings went out to single women to be cautious. It turned out a friend's friend was the last victim. She had a person come to her door ask to use the phone (pre-cell phones) he pushed his way in. For more than two days he tortured and raped her. She was able to escape- he had always killed the women. She lived in a high security condo complex that was gated with a guard, but he knew a person who lived there and gained access, that is why she opened the door, she had seen him there visiting. He was caught because of info she provided.
In all my years, I have never known anyone else.
Perhaps it is liberal guilt that made the Universities have all these stupid seminars- they required the sororities and fraternities have these guest speakers on rape, and no means no. Maybe all this rape is in the liberal circles, and that is where these high statistics come from. I truly thought is was the feminist agenda to make men look bad. Right now Hollywood looks bad because they all knew and let it continue while wearing vaginas in protest of what they see as conservative "anti women" policies. Maybe they need to re-evaluate where the anti woman problem lies.
