2.3 Million Dollar Verdict In Kroger Slip/ Fall Lawsuit (Ridge Road ,Paulding)

The thread over at pcom has some other observations about Kroger's procedures, but I don't see any way around the altering of the video and the camera being pointed right at the area where the accident happened. What was CLASSIC was they were in a deposition and the mgr. said the cameras won't even point that way so they said show us, and when they turned them on, the camera was pointed at that exact spot. I'm guessing that's what chapped the jury's arse. Kroger should have settled.

Why would it be moved from any? It is a news story. Just because it happened here and at a store many shop should not change that.

Well it could have something to to with old stories and times best forgotten. Yes, it will stay up. ;D
