CNN files suit against White House

The arbitrary revocation of Mr. Acosta’s press credential is causing irreparable injury each and every day because it is stopping him from reporting on news from the White House,”

What, CNN doesn't have *any* other qualified WH Correspondents? No, the article plainly says they have nearly *50* passed correspondents.

Needing to get it back because he is not able to do his job is a silly statement. If I'm a truck driver and lose my licence due to an accident, am I allowed to sue the state to get it back because I can't do my job? Nope. Not to mention he can do all the reporting he wants on the WH, they have not stopped that, he just can't go to the press conferences because he's an ass.

What a freaking joke. This is another one of the Dems move they are going to regret, like instigating the nuclear option to allow Obama's Judges being approved, which led to at least two Trump Judges being easily approved.

I'm very suspicious of the propaganda being put out there as news. The bias in the media is so obvious, it makes me wonder if the CIA is playing mind games with the masses to groom them for something bigger on the horizon.

You and I think alike....I’m just not sure whether it’s a good thing. I think the masses are being played like a violin by both parties.

There is very little real journalism left in this country anymore. The "news" outlets are propaganda and ratings driven, and truth is a casualty.

And then there's so much fake news on the internet, it's hard to know what to believe.

You guys should have listened to Mark Levin this evening (Tuesday, Nov 12)...
He spent the entire evening fussing about that litigation.

IMO the public is seeing through the lies...
And in 2020 they will make a statement.

The problem is...
We as a nation are gonna have to fix the voting process...
Or a GOP will never win another election.

Um,,, It's Tuesday, November 13,,, all day long...:p:p:p

Try moving a business AND your personal life...
Lets see if you keep all the details straight... grin!

It's easy,,, I look at my Timex,,, then my pill case. Between the two, I can almost calculate the movement of the stars!!!!:);):)

I think the only reason CNN filed the lawsuit was for ratings, but I think in the long run that will bite them in the butt. Even if they let Acosta in and ignored him; he would still shout out questions and CNN would still claim their First Amendment rights were being violated. The First Amendment does not give a reporter the right to act like an ass and try to dominate the time at a press conference. Acosta does not give a rat's ass about the "First Amendment rights" of other reporters at these pressers when he refuses to stop asking questions when his first was answered. When continues to hold the mic and firing off questions, he's essentially telling every other reporter in that room they don't matter.

That does sound good...

However I cannot wear a watch due to work hazards...
And my pill case is not dated (all days are the same handful of vitamins and supplements).
I probably take more vitamin pills than a geriatric takes big pharma drugs...

CNN has no right to dictate which individuals get a press pass because they cannot dictate who can enter the White House grounds.

They can have a chair with CNN printed on the back, that's it.

Interesting that it's one of Trump's appointees that did it. I'm not enough of a constitution expert to know if he has a case. I have a hard time swallowing the claim that "Acosta suffered “irreparable harm,” "

Of course they can revoke his security clearance now, that would make the press pass useless. *I'd* consider him a danger to the President after this.

I don't understand how CNN could demonstrate that removing that jackass was a constitutional violation.

Well let him back in. Move his chair to the far corner of the room by himself and let him sit for the next 6 years.
If they wanted to be really mean about it, they could DOX him. LOL..

Precisely. If CNN wants to ever ask a question again, they will replace Acosta themselves.

Far back corner next to the day old donuts is the only place for him.
