Kushner in trouble?

This is one of the reasons why I wished from the beginning that Trump had just kept his kids out of the administration period, including his son-in-law. This is just another example of how ignorance of the laws pertaining to national security can come back and bite you in the ass. Trump should have taken all measures to ensure everything was running on the up and up, and that should have included keeping his amateur kids out of anything that involved national security.

Trump will be a one-term president because of stupid crap like this.

I'm not sure it's as bad as it looks. But given all the Russia accusations against Trump, it does look kinda bad.

I think it is interesting because my impression is that Trump and many people who are global entrepreneurs have dealt with the governments and top leaders of countries like Russia, China, and where ever else manufacturing and growth has gone on for the past 3 or more decades.

That was one thing I heard Trump say early on... that he knows how to and has negotiate with the leaders of these countries... that he had a relationship on which he could build, and he criticized 0bama's and other administrations for negotiating BAD Deals.

I was hopeful there WOULD be a different relationship... not the cringe worthy Hillary pushing a re-set button.

Then later Hillary got caught in the pretty obvious pay for play money for signing off on the transaction that allows
Russia 20% of our uranium

All those things about Hillary are valid but that is not a valid excuse for Kushner if what is reported is true. Hopefully it isn't true or can be proven to be ignorance of why it was a bad idea.

As shady as Kushner’s behavior looks, there’s still nothing like a smoking gun pointing to malfeasance... did the Trump organization or family benefit in any way like Hillary and Bill did, or were they trying to get things going with the Russians on Syria?

I think it needs to be determined whether any financial crimes were committed by people close to the president. If not, then they are more trustworthy than Hillary.

What crime do you believe Kushner has committed ? ? ?

Where did I say Kushner has committed a crime? I didn't. I don't know for sure what he did. I just know what has been reported. Sure, it may be completely wrong but it also may be right. We don't know at this point.

So we have no idea what has happened here...

I'll wait for the facts before passing judgement.

Anonymous sources are not to be trusted...

o_O

I haven't trusted the news media in a long time as they report story after story using anonymous sources. I have a strong suspicion the WPO story is a fraud because they refuse to print the entire letter or to even show it to anyone. This makes me believe if I wrote a similar letter, they would quote it in their paper. The news media has become nothing more than a political party propaganda machine.

Well, it's on the internet, so it must be true
