Death Of Baby Giraffe Julius Weeks After Birth

We all waited so long for him to be born... it is such a let down that he did not survive. You would think we would have formula that would replicate what mom would give him with our technology, but there are some things mother nature still has over science. :dunno: :emoji_disappointed_relieved:

This is a different giraffe from the one who tool forever to get here. This isn't April's baby, this is a giraffe born in Baltimore, not New York. Still very sad though.

My co-worker kept a watch on the birth... or lack of birth. :D

I did not know the city. It seemed like it was on TV, computer news sites, and social media everyday. I thought maybe because it took extra time had something to do with it... I guess not.

Still sad a little newborn did not survive.:(
